Crescent Dunes Solar Power Plant.
The contractor was in a huge jam and needed to figure out a precast forming solution for the turbine pedestals. I had them back on the site within a few days of creating a solution.
Set piece from the film Titanic.
I restored the set piece and created this replica for a collector. The replica is in better shape than the original.
The biggest mold I ever made.
This was a concrete form made to create giant water-bottles.

A place a great inspiration for me.
"Why didn't I think of that" is a phrase I often hear when providing a solution to a client. I've created technical and creative solutions across multiple industries, spanning a few dozen countries.
See some my recent projects below
I created a way to recycle tires into a fire resistant resin that can be used in place of inferior and highly flammable materials which have already killed thousands of people across the globe.
I'm currently able to offer my technology "as-is", without claiming fire resistance, but I'm committed to bring this material to market with a focus on it's integral fire-resistant properties.
I've already funded rounds of laboratory tests in hopes of moving onto various Certifications within the next 1-2 years.
Company's are able to claim that their products are "fire-resistant" simply by spraying a thin fire-retardant layer over their products. Even with 50% recycled tire content my product is fire-resistant inside and out.
Using a MAPP gas torch is a little overkill but I wanted to demonstrate how much heat and flame it could take.
Stone Veneer made from 50% recycled tires. It's flame-resistant, stronger and easier to install than existing materials!
